đ§ââď¸When you are emotionally triggered (especially by your partner) while in PMDD it causes your symptoms to be magnified
đĄ A way to stop yourself from reacting negatively to the emotional triggers is to take a DEEP BREATH and remove yourself from the situation
đ§ââď¸You canât control their words or actions
đ§ââď¸When you begin to understand that you cannot control the nature or intentions of anyone else but yourself, you are released from the burden of figuring out others actions or words.
đ§ââď¸If someone wronged you itâs not your job to spend time and energy trying to figure out why, however it is your job to stay true to who you are and donât let the thoughts and actions of others define you.
đ§ââď¸The things that others do and words that they say has everything to do with them and nothing to do with you!
