Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing In Love with PMDD® Please review these policies before purchasing your package. 1. Package Duration & Expiration Your package includes 8 private, 60-minute sessions (4 couples sessions and 2 individual sessions per partner). ALL sessions must be completed within 5 weeks of your first scheduled session. Unused sessions expire after 5 weeks and cannot be transferred, extended, or credited toward future services, except as required by law or approved in writing. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. NO same-day cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows count as completed sessions. Rescheduled appointments must fall within the original 5-week period. Emergency exceptions may be approved at Dr. Rose's discretion. 3. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of that session. 4. Payment & Refunds Total package: $1,997 per couple. A $497 deposit reserves your spot. The remaining $1,500 is due before your first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once services begin, payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. Refund requests before services begin are subject to applicable law and the booking agreement. 5. Participation & Commitment Both partners must agree to participate and make themselves available for all scheduled sessions. Personalized exercises and relationship tools may be provided between sessions. Results are not guaranteed. 6. Confidentiality & Privacy Sessions are conducted virtually. Participants must attend from a private, quiet location. Recording without written authorization is prohibited. Confidentiality, individual disclosures, and information sharing between partners are governed by the separate informed-consent agreement. 7. Provider Cancellations If Dr. Rose must cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. The package expiration may be extended to accommodate provider availability. 8. Agreement By purchasing this package, you acknowledge these policies.
